About the Role

A hybrid role involving office work + field coordination. You will handle planning, reporting, manpower coordination, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing activities like demo vans, roadshows, and promotions.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare activity plans, schedules, and basic documentation.
• Manage logistics, material movement, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain Excel reports, attendance, and daily updates.
• Hire and manage promoters/supervisors for activities.
• Visit activity locations, ensure material/manpower readiness.
• Oversee execution and handle on-ground issues.

Requirements
• Positive communication in Hindi & English.
• Robust knowledge of MS Excel & Word.
• Comfortable with local field travel.
• Problem-solving skills & ability to manage small teams.
