Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Agency Area Sales Manager to drive business growth across Patna and South Bihar. The role will be responsible for managing 67 branches, driving agency sales, building and developing the agent/advisor network, and ensuring achievement of overall business and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and drive sales performance across 67 branches in Patna & South Bihar.
Achieve annual business targets of approximately 4–5 Cr through the Agency channel.
Recruit, onboard, activate and develop insurance agents/advisors across assigned branches.
Drive agent productivity through regular reviews, training, coaching and field support.
Develop branch-level business plans and ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly targets.
Monitor branch performance, agent activation, productivity and business conversion.
Conduct regular market visits and support agents in generating and converting leads.
Build solid relationships with key agents, branch teams and internal stakeholders.




Identify recent business opportunities and strengthen market presence across the assigned territory.
Ensure adherence to company processes, compliance and regulatory guidelines.

Candidate Profile
5–10 years of experience in sales, preferably in Health Insurance – Agency Channel.
Strong experience in agency sales, agent recruitment and team/branch management.
Proven track record of managing a large territory/multiple branches and achieving 4 Cr+ business.
Robust leadership, relationship management and sales execution skills.
Good understanding of the Bihar insurance market will be an advantage.
Candidates currently handling multiple branches/area-level agency business will be preferred.
