Job Summary

Growit India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and energetic HR Manager to oversee and manage the complete Human Resources function of the organization. The candidate will be responsible for driving HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, policy implementation, and ensuring smooth HR processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for various positions.
Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and systems.
Handle the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit processes.
Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Manage performance management processes in coordination with department heads.
Handle employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.




Maintain HR records, documentation, and employee databases.
Coordinate training and development initiatives.
Work closely with management and department heads on manpower planning and organizational requirements.
Promote a positive work culture and organizational values.
Manage disciplinary matters and ensure adherence to company policies.
Prepare HR reports and MIS for management review.

Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
Experience in the Manufacturing industry will be preferred but is not mandatory.
Solid knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Positive understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to independently manage multiple HR responsibilities effectively.
