Role & responsibilities
Pricing & Quotation Management
• Develop competitive airfreight rates and strategies.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate with airlines and agents.
Export Operations
• Oversee end-to-end air export processes and bookings.
• Coordinate with carriers, handlers, and customs brokers.
Documentation
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of export documents.
• Comply with customs and international airfreight regulations.
Customer & Stakeholder Communication
• Act as the main contact for clients and overseas agents.
• Provide shipment updates and resolve service issues.
Compliance & Process Improvement
• Ensure adherence to legal, safety, and company standards.
• Identify and implement operational improvements.





Qualifications & Requirements:
4+ years of experience in air export /import operations in a logistics or freight forwarding workplace.
Robust understanding of air cargo procedures, Incoterms, and global trade compliance.
Experience in negotiating rates and preparing quotations.
Proficiency with freight forwarding systems (e.g., Cargowise, SAP, etc.)
Solid attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Effective communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
