Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors EC or ECP Consultant (S/4HANA Integration)

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors ECP Consultant with robust expertise in integration with S/4HANA. The candidate should have hands-on experience in mapping employee data, configuring integrations, and ensuring seamless data flow between SuccessFactors and S/4HANA systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors EC or Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
Manage end-to-end integration between SuccessFactors and S/4HANA.
Perform employee data mapping and configuration between systems.
Work on payroll replication, master data synchronization, and interface monitoring.
Knowledge of SAP HCM processes and payroll configuration.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and enhancements.
Support testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.
Understanding of integration tools (CPI/PI/PO preferred).
Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
