Experience: 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow development and implementation, with at least 2 years focused on the GRC or IRM suite, specifically the BCM module.
ServiceNow expertise: Robust knowledge of the core ServiceNow platform, including the CMDB architecture, and proficiency in client-side and server-side scripting (JavaScript).
BCM knowledge: A solid understanding of business continuity and disaster recovery planning, including concepts like BIAs, RTOs, RPOs, and crisis management.
Certifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required.
ServiceNow GRC: Business Continuity Management Implementer micro-certification is highly desired.
Other certifications such as Certified Business Continuity Qualified (CBCP) are a plus.
