Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand job requirements and work closely with hiring managers to identify suitable candidates.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess candidates technical skills, experience, communication, and overall suitability.
Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds with candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate compensation, notice period, and other employment terms with selected candidates.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future IT requirements.
Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality of hire.
Stay updated on current IT hiring trends, technologies, skill availability, and market conditions.
Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
