The Cluster Head Facility Management oversees facility operations, soft/hard services, maintenance, vendor management, and administrative compliance across multiple properties/sites within a designated region.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence: Oversee daily facility operations, maintenance schedules, soft services (housekeeping, pest control, waste management), and hard services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, STP/WTP) across all assigned properties.
Strategic Leadership: Drive cluster-level facility strategy, service quality standardization, SLA/KPI adherence, and process optimization.
Budget & Cost Management: Prepare and manage annual operational budgets (OPEX/CAPEX), implement cost-saving initiatives, and optimize resource allocation.
Vendor & Contract Management: Lead vendor selection, contract negotiations, service performance audits, and SLA enforcement across suppliers.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict compliance with statutory regulations, building codes, environmental health & safety (EHS) guidelines, and fire safety norms.




Team Leadership & Client Relations: Lead and mentor site facility managers, foster high performance, and serve as the senior escalation point for client or management relationships.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience: 15+ years of progressive experience in Facility Management, Property Management, or Real Estate Operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership/multi-site managerial role.
Domain Expertise: Proven track record in managing commercial, residential, or large mixed-use real estate clusters.
Skills: Budgeting & financial acumen, vendor management, team leadership, crisis management, and thorough knowledge of statutory compliance & building systems.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's/MBA or certifications like IFMA/BIFM preferred).Role & responsibilities
