This is a full time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Executive located in Indore. The Sales and Marketing Executive will engage in identifying new sales opportunities, promoting products and services, contributing to the execution of sales strategies, conducting customer outreach, and handling existing client accounts. The role also includes developing and executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and training clients or team members to ensure satisfaction and business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on leads through calls, networking, and market research.
Build and maintain relationships with current and existing clients.
Identify business opportunities and support sales & marketing initiatives.
Assist in executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
Conduct competitor and market research to identify growth opportunities.
Handle client queries, presentations, and regular follow-ups.
Maintain lead and client records and provide activity reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client engagement and satisfaction.

Note: This is a non-target-based role with no fixed sales target. The focus is on lead generation,



client relationships, market development, and marketing support.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate/MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Solid client relationship and follow-up abilities.
Proactive, confident, and target-oriented in terms of activity and business development.
Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, CRM, and digital marketing.
Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.
Must be comfortable working on-site in Indore.
