Required Skills & Qualifications
Should hold Bachelors degree in Civil / Structural Engineering from reputed institutions such as IITs, NITs, and other recognized State Institutions in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
Proven experience in structural analysis & design of RCC & Steel Structures (Steel Structures is preferred)
Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (Ram Steel, Tekla Tedds, STAAD Pro, Forteweb, Digital Canal-Versa Frame, REVIT Structures, AutoCAD, etc.).
Solid knowledge of construction materials, load calculations, connection designs and structural detailing.
Familiarity with relevant building codes and safety regulations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Positive communication and coordination skills to work in a multidisciplinary team.
Experience in seismic loads, wind loads and snow load analysis.
Knowledge of steel structure design and fabrication processes.
Coordination with other engineers and drafters in both offices and Architects.

Job Description:





We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Structural Design Engineer to design, analyse, and develop structural systems for various projects. Should have robust Fundamentals of Structural Analysis, Strength of Materials, Theory of Structures, Steel and Concrete design is a MUST.

Key Responsibilities
Analysis and Design of RCC/Steel (Light gage & hot rolled)/Wood/Masonry Structures as per American codes such as ACI, ASCE-7, IBC, AISC, NDS for wood construction, etc.,
Design and analysis of structural elements such as beams, columns, slabs, trusses, retaining walls and foundations for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Perform structural load calculations, material selection, and design optimization to ensure safety and efficiency.
Review and approve for RFI’s & shop drawings.
Prepare design basis report and detail design documentation for approvals and permits.
