About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Domestic Technical Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end Domestic IT Recruitment, sourcing qualified technical professionals, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting successful placements.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end Domestic IT/Technical Recruitment for various requirements.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
• Understand technical job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, availability, and job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate calls and evaluate profiles.
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
• Schedule interviews and follow up on interview status and feedback.
• Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment records.




• Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Meet individual recruitment targets while maintaining candidate quality.
• Maintain regular communication and professional relationships with candidates.

Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Domestic IT/Technical Recruitment.
• Strong experience with Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Valuable understanding of Indian IT recruitment and technical positions.
• Excellent communication and candidate-handling skills.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple requirements.
