Communication Trainer Contract

We are looking for an experienced Communication Trainer on a contract basis to deliver practical, application-focused communication development programs for employees.

Key Responsibilities
Facilitate interactive sessions on verbal and written business communication.
Coach employees on articulation, clarity of thought, confidence and qualified communication.
Develop capability in client conversations, project/status updates, issue articulation, presentations and stakeholder interactions.
Improve skilled writing, including emails, reports and workplace communication.
Use role plays, simulations, presentations and real workplace scenarios for practice.
Assess participants before and after the intervention and provide individual feedback.




Identify communication gaps and recommend targeted coaching/reinforcement.
Customize sessions based on business and participant requirements.
Provide progress observations and feedback to the Talent Development team.

Preferred Experience
3+ years in Communication / Business Communication / Soft Skills training.
Experience working with IT/technology professionals and client-facing teams preferred.
Robust facilitation, coaching and feedback capability.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Experience with both in-person delivery.
