Role & responsibilities
Deliver customization and configuration services for NetSuite clients
Manage clients during pre-sales and post-sales phases
Analyze business processes and perform gap analysis
Prepare functional and user documentation
Troubleshoot complex system issues and coordinate resolutions
Perform NetSuite administrative tasks such as roles, permissions, and workflows
Provide timely and qualified client support
Preferred candidate profile
Experience as a Functional Consultant on NetSuite
Skilled in configuring modules like Financials, O2C, P2P, Inventory, ARM, Fixed Assets, Projects, and CRM, translating business requirements into system configurations and workflows.
Should excel in solution design, process mapping, user training, testing, and supporting end-to-end ERP implementations.
Experienced with NetSuite for more than 4 years
Conversant with all modules of NetSuite ERP
At least 1 year of full-cycle experience in ERP Implementation (preferably NetSuite) as a functional consultant
Excellent Communication skills
