Role & responsibilities
Plan, monitor, and execute daily production schedules to meet strict deadlines.
Manage and allocate manpower efficiently with a versatile approach.
Control internal rejections and ensure compliance with automotive quality standards.
Monitor and control manpower and consumable costs.
Lead 5S implementation, Continuous Improvement (CIP), and CNC/VMC capacity planning.
Preferred candidate profile
Educational Qualifications: B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: ~15 years in Machine Shop (Automotive Manufacturing
Technical Knowledge:
CNC/VMC domain operations
Capacity & Production Planning
Quality Standards (IATF/ISO) & Cost saving measures Skills:
Solid manpower handling & Team Management
Problem-solving & Decision Making
Versatile mindset and ability to work effectively under strict deadlines
Salary CTC
