a. Requirements analysis: Analyze detailed change requirements
b. Creation of current elements: Initiate creation of recent elements
c. Modification of existing elements: Modify existing elements in response to change requests.
d. MBR change development: Develop approved MBR changes
c. MBR update qualification: Qualify MBR updates
d. MBR release: Release updated MBRs to production
