Operations
Calling on the database given and generating the leads.




Contacting potential and existing customers over the phone, by email, and in person.
Answering customer queries, inquiries
Preparing and sending cost sheets and payment schedules.
Managing the sales process through specific ERP.
Maintaining a CRM database.
Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Participating in sales review team meetings.
Demonstrating product features to customers.
Adhering to the company policies & Procedures
Maintain Monthly/quarterly/half yearly sales reports
Guiding Field sales executives to achieve their target
Customer Relationship
Maintaining all customer relationships to ensure Aparna is a priority customer.
