Role & responsibilities

Description:

*ServiceNow APM Expertise: Deep understanding of the APM (Application Portfolio Management) module, its functionalities, and how it integrates with the rest of the ServiceNow platform.

*CMDB Knowledge: Robust understanding of CMDB principles, CI relationships, and how they apply to business applications and services within APM.

*ServiceNow Scripting: Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and other relevant scripting languages for customizing and extending APM functionalities.

Integration Skills: Expertise in integrating ServiceNow with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration methods to gather data for APM.

*ITBM/CSM Modules: Familiarity with other IT Business Management (ITBM) modules such as PPM (Project Portfolio Management) and Demand Management that often overlap with APM functionalities
