Role & responsibilities

Description:

Work from Deloitte Hyderabad office for 5 days for 9 hours. (no remote working allowed)

*Application development: Design, develop, and implement custom and scoped applications within ServiceNow Studio and App Engine Studio.

*Technical solutioning: Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional, sustainable ServiceNow solutions.

*Workflow automation: Create and maintain workflows, flow designer content, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and other application logic.

*Integration: Develop integrations with other enterprise systems using APIs (REST/SOAP), IntegrationHub.

*User interface development: Create custom UI components, including service catalog items, record producers, custom tables, and portal widgets.

*Testing and quality assurance: Perform unit testing, participate in peer code reviews, and provide support during user acceptance testing (UAT).

*Maintenance and support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, conduct bug fixes, and support platform upgrades.
