We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee and manage our Real Estate Ventures.

Experience Required:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Real Estate industry.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:
• Strong knowledge of property and legal documentation
• Experience in coordinating with Government Departments & Officials
• Handling and follow-up of Government Approvals & Permissions
• Knowledge of Zonal Classification / Zonal Check and Development Regulations
• Coordination with concerned authorities for Planning & Layout Approvals
• Solid Customer Relationship Management skills
• Ability to handle Social Media & Digital Marketing coordination
• Follow-up and coordination with Legal Consultants, Surveyors, Architects and Government Authorities




• Ability to independently manage and monitor Real Estate Projects from documentation to approval stage
• Good communication, negotiation and leadership skills

We are looking for a responsible, result-oriented qualified with solid knowledge of real estate documentation, government procedures, approvals and customer handling.
