Key Responsibilities:
Perform literature searches and prepare Routes of Synthesis (ROS) for API and intermediate development, innovation, and development of recent ideas.
Execute laboratory experiments for troubleshooting, process optimization/ development activities.
Develop and enhance chemical processes to improve cost efficiency and simplify operations.
Support and execute technology transfer activities, including monitoring and evaluation of scale-up batches.
Assist in analytical data evaluation and support the establishment of specifications as required.
Operate laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration prior to conducting experimental activities.

Solid foundation in chemistry R&D; and laboratory practices
Ability to analyze data, interpret results, and document findings clearly
Proactive mindset for process improvement and innovation
Familiarity with API/intermediate development and scale-up activities preferred
