Role & responsibilities
Source and develop business for Educational Institution Loans / School Finance.
Identify schools, colleges, trusts, societies, and educational institutions requiring funding.
Handle term loans, working capital, LAP and infrastructure finance requirements.
Build and maintain relationships with promoters, trustees, management, and key decision-makers.
Generate leads through direct sourcing, references, DSAs, connectors, and market visits.
Understand customer financial requirements and structure suitable loan solutions.
Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, Technical, and Risk teams for smooth processing.
Ensure timely submission of complete loan documentation.
Achieve monthly and annual disbursement/business targets.
