Key Responsibilities:
Prepare the operation theatre before surgical procedures, including instruments, equipment, and required supplies.
Maintain strict sterilization and infection-control protocols in the OT.
Arrange and check surgical instruments, implants, consumables, and other OT materials.
Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff during surgical procedures.
Monitor and maintain OT inventory and inform the concerned department when supplies need replenishment.
Coordinate with the nursing, housekeeping, CSSD, and other departments for smooth OT operations.
Respond appropriately to emergencies and support the surgical team as required.
