Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end home loan processing for customers purchasing Urbanrise properties.
Coordinate with banks, NBFCs and financial institutions for loan applications, sanctions and disbursements.
Collect, verify and process customer KYC, income and financial documents.
Follow up with customers and lending partners to ensure timely loan approvals.
Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Finance and Legal teams for smooth loan processing.
Resolve customer queries related to loan eligibility, documentation, sanction and disbursement.
Maintain accurate records and regularly update the status of loan applications.
Track pending documents, approvals, sanctions and disbursements and ensure timely closure.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with banking and financial institution representatives.
Ensure compliance with lender requirements and company processes.
Support customers throughout the complete home-loan journey until disbursement.
