Roles and Responsibilities
Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales.
Creation & Review of Monthly, quarterly & annual product wise/ region wise sales forecast with Management.
Ensuring Sales Enquiry is progressed into Order Closure stage
Ensuring all sales activities are updated in CRM
Ensuring adherence to Monthly Sales plan.
Minimizing deviations from Gemini's pre-defined norms about Final Terms & Conditions mentioned in Order & publish monthly Order Deviation Report.
Ensuring payment collection of all invoices on or before due date by following up with clients for pending & upcoming invoices.
Ensuring redressal of Client Grievances in favorable way by internal escalation & deliberation

Desired Candidate Profile




4 -8 Years of Experience in the role of technical sales
Preferred having experience in selling Tranmsission products like bearings, belts, Couplings or Industrial Tools like Cylinders, Pullers, Torque Tools,etc etc
Positive at new customer acquisition
Well versed with RFQ, Quotations making till order closure
Actively involved in order closure and Payment collection process
Worked with any CRM/ERP System (Pref. Salesforce.com)
