We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial sales. The candidate should have working knowledge of Motors, Pumps, Gear Boxes, and Drives, either individually or in combination.

The ideal candidate should be capable of developing recent business opportunities, generating current customers, maintaining existing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new customers and current business opportunities for the company.
Identify potential customers through market research, field visits, references, and networking.
Promote and sell Motors, Pumps, Gear Boxes, Drives, and related industrial products.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Prepare and submit quotations and follow up with customers for orders.
Conduct regular customer visits and follow up on enquiries and pending orders.
Achieve assigned sales targets and business development goals.
Coordinate with the technical, purchase, and service teams to ensure smooth order execution.




Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial/product sales.
Experience in dealing with Motors, Pumps, Gear Boxes, Drives, or related industrial products.
Candidates with knowledge of any one or a combination of these products are encouraged to apply.
Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
Strong business development and lead-generation capabilities.
Willingness to travel for customer visits and field sales.
Basic computer knowledge, particularly MS Excel and MS Office.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Positive follow-up skills and a positive attitude.
