Role & responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair PCB boards at the component level.
Test and validate repaired boards before dispatch.
Analyze PCB failures and identify root causes.
Perform soldering, de-soldering, and component replacement.
Maintain repair and service records.
Support customers with technical troubleshooting and service activities.
Coordinate with the design and production teams for technical issues.
Follow ESD and quality standards during repair and testing.
