Summary:As a Technology Architect, you will design and deliver technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to define solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs. You will engage in discussions to ensure that the architecture aligns with business objectives and technical requirements, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure that the solutions you propose are cutting-edge and effective.




Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Evaluate and recommend current technologies to improve system performance.

Skills:
Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.- Robust understanding of IT service management processes and frameworks.- Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.- Ability to design and implement workflows within ServiceNow.- Familiarity with ITIL best practices and methodologies.

Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.- This position is based at our Chennai office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
