Role & responsibilities

NOTE: Only Individuals having experience of herbal / natural extracts using Solvent Extraction technology to apply for this job. Curcumin manufacturing experience most preferred.
Develop and manage production planning, raw materials planning, and solvent management to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Monitor the production plan versus actual production, identifying variances and supporting timely corrective action.
Oversee the performance of subordinates, including technicians, fitters, helpers, electricians, and maintenance persons.
Oversee Plant and Machinery maintenance on a routine basis, with robust emphasis on preventive maintenance.
Administer the production process flow as a primary supervisory assignment, ensuring operational discipline and process adherence.
Train and coach subordinates on various aspects of process operations technology to strengthen capability and consistency.




Assist the Directors in making significant decisions related to Production by providing relevant operational inputs and insights.
Participate in raw material vendor finalization as an end-user of the raw materials, contributing practical production-related feedback.
Maintain disciplinary checks and initiate CAPA wherever necessary to ensure compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Oversee plant safety in all aspects, ensuring safe working practices and adherence to applicable safety requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma or Graduation in Chemistry + 5 Years of experience; Candidates having experience of Curcumin using Solvent Extraction methods will be preferred.

Individual must be willing to learn and grow with the organization.
