Job Summary

The District Manager – Ayur Division is responsible for driving sales performance, leading a team of Medical Representatives, and expanding the business across the assigned district. The role focuses on achieving sales objectives, developing team capabilities, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring effective market coverage across key territories in Tamil Nadu.

Team Size

Lead and manage a team of 6–7 Medical Representatives (MRs).

Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned district.
Lead, motivate, coach, and develop a team of 6–7 Medical Representatives to improve productivity and performance.
Conduct regular field work, joint field visits, and on-the-job coaching with MRs.
Develop district business plans to maximize prescription generation and market share.
Build and maintain solid relationships with Ayurvedic doctors, general physicians, healthcare professionals, pharmacies, distributors, and stockists.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends,



and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
Ensure effective implementation of promotional campaigns, CMEs, doctor meetings, and product launches.
Review daily call reports, sales performance, doctor coverage, and territory execution.
Coordinate with distributors and stockists to ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment.
Recruit, train, and mentor current Medical Representatives while driving high levels of employee engagement.
Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical marketing practices, and reporting standards.
