Role & responsibilities
Ensuring high quality, compliance and efficiency of Financial Reporting service delivery in line with SLA, handling of ad-hoc requests and developing/offering (customized) solutions to business partners in US & CA and assigned legal entities.
Identifying business partners requirements and maintaining regular exchange and valuable cooperation.
Disciplinary leading service team including resource planning/recruiting, activity allocation and budget control. Ensuring a positive working environment and employees motivation through recognition, target setting, performance evaluation, development, and feedback.
Supporting development and optimization of service processes and fostering the use of digital technologies to enhance value creation.




Participating in global or regional Financial Reporting as well as local Hub projects and initiatives in various roles.
Pro-actively contributing to and driving discussions in Financial Reporting Management team with regards of organizational development

Preferred candidate profile:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field Experience
Min 10 to 20 years of professional experience in finance or similar.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and effective communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, fast-paced global setting
High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
