JOB DESCRIPTION :
Proficiency in HPE Automated Assurance. knowledge in IBM Netcool suite of products. Robust knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud settings. Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) and automation tools. Familiarity with deploying HPE Automated Assurance in Cloud infrastructure. Familiarity with ITSM processes and tools. Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented workplace.
