Job Description:

We are seeking a Cvent Consultant with experience implementing Cvent application and integrating it with Salesforce. The candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and testing the Cvent application and event management tools.

Key Responsibilities
Process Analysis: Assess current manual event workflows and translate them into automated Cvent solutions.
System Configuration: Configure and optimize account settings, registration templates, and data integrations.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Validate configurations, event setup, and user permissions before deployment.
Training & Enablement: Deliver virtual and in-person training to strengthen internal user adoption and capability.
KPI & Metric Tracking: Track adoption rates, process cycle times, and time-to-value milestones to measure success.
