Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Workday HCM Functional Consultant with 5+ years of experience in Workday HCM implementations, configuration, and support. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize Workday HCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Perks, Talent, and Recruiting.
Design and support Workday business processes, security, and reporting.
Participate in Workday implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
Perform system testing, UAT support, and production deployment activities.
Troubleshoot functional issues and provide solutions aligned with business needs.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure seamless integrations.
Support Workday bi-annual releases and recommend process improvements.
