Role & responsibilities
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
Search and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Assist in posting job openings and other recruitment activities.
Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment operations.
