Exp Range : 3yrs to 7 yrs

Location: Nagpur, Pune and Chennai

Key Result Areas and Activities:
Develop scalable semantic data models using Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.
Build visually compelling, interactive dashboards aligned to business needs.
Optimize report performance, data refresh, and model efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements.
Ensure governance, documentation, and adherence to BI best practices.

Work and Technical Experience:

Must Have:
Robust experience creating enterprise-grade data models
Advanced DAX and Power Query (M language) skills
Expertise in building dashboards and paginated reports
SQL proficiency for data extraction and transformation
Understanding of star/snowflake schemas and BI architecture
Experience in performance tuning for Power BI
Ability to work with large and complex datasets

Positive to Have:
Experience with Microsoft Fabric / Synapse / Azure Data Lake
Python or R scripting for analytics
Knowledge of Power BI deployment pipelines
Exposure to data governance frameworks
Familiarity with Power Apps or Automate Qualifications:
