Job Description Junior Transaction Executive
Department: Transaction Advisory
Reports To: Manager Transaction Advisory

Role Summary

The Junior Transaction Analyst / Transaction Executive supports the execution of Transaction Advisory assignments across Public-Private Partnership (PPP). The role involves assisting in financial analysis, feasibility studies, transaction structuring, bid documentation, stakeholder coordination, and project deliverables while ensuring compliance with applicable government regulations, procurement guidelines, and organizational standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Analysis & Feasibility
Conduct primary and secondary research on project scope, market demand, costs, and technical inputs.
Develop financial models covering CAPEX, OPEX, revenue projections, cash flows, and funding requirements.
Perform financial analysis including IRR, NPV, Payback Period, and sensitivity analysis.
Validate financial assumptions and assess funding options such as VGF, grants, blended finance, and institutional funding.
Project Feasibility & Risk Assessment
Assess the technical, financial, commercial, and regulatory viability of PPP projects.
Conduct sector research and prepare feasibility assessment inputs.




Identify project risks and recommend suitable mitigation measures.
Support Value for Money (VFM) assessments and project structuring.
Transaction Advisory & Bid Documentation
Prepare RFPs, bid documents, technical specifications, evaluation criteria, and financial bid formats.
Assist in drafting eligibility criteria, procurement documentation, and contract-related documents.
Support bid evaluation, pre-bid meetings, clarification responses, and corrigendum.
Ensure compliance with applicable government procurement and e-tendering guidelines.
Stakeholder Coordination & Project Support
Prepare presentations, progress reports, and project documentation.
Maintain project records, correspondence, approvals, and deliverable trackers.
Support the preparation of feasibility reports, business cases, and other advisory deliverables.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Commerce, or a related discipline.
MBA (Finance), PGDM, M. Plan, or equivalent qualification will be preferred.

Experience
5+ years of experience in Transaction Advisory, PPP Advisory, Infrastructure Consulting, Project Finance, Bid Advisory or Government Consulting.
