We are looking for a energetic and result-driven Pharma Recruiter / Non-IT Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team in Indore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring high-quality talent within the pharmaceutical and non-IT sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for pharma and non-IT positions including R&D;, Clinical, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Commercial roles.
Source potential candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and social media platforms.
Conduct candidate screening, preliminary interviews, and skill assessments.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams and manage the recruitment lifecycle.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS/database.
Required Qualifications
1 to 3 years of experience in Pharma or Non-IT recruitment.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry roles and hiring practices.
Experience sourcing candidates using CB, Monster, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience recruiting for pharma manufacturing, QA/QC, regulatory, or clinical roles.
Solid networking and talent pipeline development capability.
Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time-management skills.
