Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective strategies for energy conservation and cost reduction.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
Ensure smooth operation of all facilities under management by coordinating with vendors and contractors.
Manage facility operations, including building maintenance, HVAC systems, electrical equipment (DG sets & UPS), and preventative/corrective maintenance.
Oversee utility management for electricity, water supply, and other services.
