Role Description

The role envisages Deal management and execution, driving thought leadership and select origination. This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi. The Manager/Senior Analyst will be responsible for deal management across M&A; and Private Equity fund raising in addition to select other products. The candidate will be involved in full deal lifecycle from origination to closure . Strong financial modelling, presentation, research and origination skills are important for the role. The position reports to the Managing Director.

Key candidate requirements

Prior experience with an Investment bank
Highly entrepreneurial and results oriented
Solid analytical and presentation skills
Solid financial modelling skills
Good client management/interpersonal skills
Good english written and verbal communication skills
Positive sector knowledge a plus in either/or Consumer, Technology, Manufacturing and/or financial services
Robust research skills
Minimum 2+ years work experience
Prior experience in M&A;/Private Equity and deal closure
Positive High school grades
