Role & responsibilities :
Own and execute performance improvement plans for bottom quartile stores/performers across the region.
Conduct regular store visits to observe on-floor behaviors, selling skills, and customer interactions.
Diagnose skill, knowledge, and behavioral gaps using data, observations, and stakeholder inputs.
Design and deliver targeted re-training and coaching interventions (1:1 and group-based).
Track post-training performance improvements using defined KPIs such as sales, conversion, and Customer service metrics.
Provide structured feedback and coaching to Store Managers and frontline sales teams.
Support classroom training programs as required, ensuring alignment with regional and business needs.
Collaborate closely with Store Managers and Area Managers to ensure training effectiveness and consistency.
Share best practices, success stories, and learning insights across the region.
Maintain training quality, documentation, and reporting on regional performance improvement initiatives.
