Summary

We are seeking an experienced API Architect with 12+ years of total experience and minimum 5 years of relevant API architecture experience. The role requires expertise in API design, microservices transformation, integration platforms, and enterprise cloud integrations, with proven ability to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant APIdriven solutions.

Education Qualification (Mandatory): BE/BTech/MCA/MTech/MSc in CS/IT/EC

Additional Qualification (Preferred): MBA Certifications

IBM Integration Certification
MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect / Developer
TOGAF Certified Enterprise Architect

Core Responsibilities
Architect and design enterprise API ecosystems ensuring scalability, security, and governance.
Lead microservices transformation initiatives, rearchitecting monolithic applications into modular APIs.
Implement API gateways and management platforms (Apigee, IBM API Gateway, Azure API Management, Red Hat 3scale).
Drive cloud integration strategies across VMware, Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.




Ensure API security, compliance, and governance frameworks.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align API strategy with enterprise goals.
Apply performance and scalability design principles for highvolume API workloads.
Utilize EA tools (Mega Hopex, ABACUS, Orbus iServer) for modeling and compliance.
Provide architecture governance input and review implementations for enterprise alignment.
