Oracle HCM Core HR Techno-Functional Consultant

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a strong Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant for a part-time job support prospect.
Candidates must have hands-on Oracle HCM implementation experience and should be strong in both functional and technical aspects.
Profiles with only functional support or only technical experience will not be preferred.

End-to-end Oracle HCM implementation experience Configuration and customization Integration development/support Data migration and validation Security configuration and troubleshooting

IMPLEMENTATION EXPERIENCE
MANDATORY Candidates must have hands-on end-to-end implementation experience, preferably covering: Oracle HCM Core HR implementation Oracle Talent Management implementation OIC-based HCM integrations FDI/data loading and migration Redwood experience Oracle HCM Security implementation
Requirement gathering and solution design Configuration, testing and deployment Production support and issue resolution.
