Role & responsibilities
Develop conceptual designs, mood boards, and presentation drawings for residential and commercial projects.
Prepare detailed working drawings, sections, elevations, and construction documents using AutoCAD.
Create 3D models and visualisations using SketchUp, Revit, or Lumion.
Read and interpret structural drawings (slab, brick markings, foundation) and coordinate electrical, plumbing, and HVAC drawings.
Collaborate with senior architects on design development and project detailing.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure design intent is executed on site.
Conduct site visits, measurements, and inspections as required.
Maintain drawing registers, revision logs, and project documentation.

Preferred candidate profile
B.Arch degree from a recognised institution.
25 years of experience in an architecture firm.
Strong command of AutoCAD,



SketchUp, and Revit/ArchiCAD.
Ability to independently produce complete working drawing sets.
Knowledge of local materials, vendors, and construction practices in Hyderabad/Telangana.
Solid portfolio showcasing design thinking, detailing, and execution.
AutoCAD / SketchUp / Revit certification preferred but not mandatory.
