Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Performance Architect with 12+ years of total experience and minimum 5 years of relevant performance engineering experience (banking domain Mandatory). The role demands expertise in performance tuning, monitoring, scalability, and distributed systems, with proven ability to deliver highperforming, resilient, and scalable enterprise solutions.

Education Qualification (Mandatory):
BE/BTech in Computer Science, Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electronics & Communications Engineering, or equivalent discipline
MCA / MTech / MSc in Computer Science, Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics & Communications Engineering from a recognized University/Institute

Additional Qualification (Preferred): MBA

Core Responsibilities
Architect and design performance frameworks across enterprise applications and distributed systems.
Define and document performance goals (KPIs, SLAs) and establish validation frameworks.




Lead performance engineering initiatives ensuring scalability, resiliency, and compliance.
Implement load testing strategies using JMeter and BlazeMeter.
Drive APM adoption (Splunk, AppDynamics) for observability and monitoring.
Apply system profiling, database tuning, and capacity planning for optimal performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align performance strategy with enterprise goals.
Provide technical leadership and Proofs of Concept for performance optimization initiatives.
Incorporate DevOps practices (Jira, Confluence, JUnit, GitHub) into performance lifecycle.
Optimize performance across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
