Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Commerce Cloud Tech Lead (B2C) based in Hyderabad to lead the technical delivery of complex B2C storefront projects. You will drive architecture decisions, mentor a team of developers, and ensure the highest standards of code quality and performance in SFCC implementations.

Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud projects
Architect B2C Commerce solutions including SFRA customizations, API integrations, and third-party extensions
Review and approve solution designs, technical specifications, and code deliverables
Mentor and coach a team of SFCC developers, conducting code reviews and technical training
Collaborate with Solution Architects, Functional Leads, and client stakeholders on requirements and delivery plans




Establish coding standards, DevOps processes, and quality assurance practices for the team
Lead performance optimization initiatives including site speed improvements and scalability reviews
Manage technical risk and proactively resolve blockers during project delivery
Support pre-sales activities with effort estimation and technical solutioning
