Overview:
A Mechanical Draughtsman (or Draftsperson) prepares detailed technical drawings and plans for mechanical equipment, components, and systems based on engineers specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD)
Convert design concepts and sketches into accurate technical drawings
Prepare assembly and part drawings with dimensions, tolerances, and materials
Revise drawings based on feedback from engineers or clients
Maintain drawing records and documentation




Assist Documentation / project team with other documentation tasks

Required Skills:
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks etc.)
Solid understanding of engineering drawings and symbols
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials
Attention to detail and accuracy
Valuable communication and teamwork skills
Ability to interpret technical specifications

Educational Requirements:
Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering / Draft.

Essential requirements:
At least 1 year of prior experience in Mechanical Draughtsman at an engineering company.
Candidate to be living in western line of Mumbai for ease of travelling.
Candidate needs to be willing to work for minimum 18 months from start of employment.
