GeM & Tender Specialist
Location: Chennai & Hyderabad
Qualification: Any Graduate / B.Tech/M.Tech/B.Sc / M.Sc / M.Tech in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Microbiology or related disciplines.
Experience: Min 1+ years experience required

Job Overview: We are looking for a GeM Specialist to handle GeM activities, Government tenders, Tender Documentation and Technical sales co ordination for Life Science and Biotechnology products.

Key Responsibilities:
Search and identify relevant GeM bids and Government tenders.
Review tender requirements, eligibility, specifications and submission conditions.
Prepare and submit GeM bids and tender documents within deadlines.
Prepare technical compliance statements as per tender specifications.
Coordinate with OEMs, principals and vendors for authorization letters, quotations, datasheets and certificates.
Prepare and maintain GeM product/catalogue links with accurate specifications and product details.




Verify product specifications and GeM links against tender requirements.
Monitor L1 status, pricing and competitor price comparisons.
Coordinate with vendors/principals for competitive pricing and revised quotations.
Review pricing including GST, freight, installation, warranty and delivery.
Identify business prospects with Government institutions, universities, hospitals, research institutes and laboratories.
Prepare quotations and commercial proposals based on customer requirements.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, tenders and orders.
Coordinate with purchase, dispatch and delivery teams for smooth order execution.
Maintain records of bids, tenders, quotations, L1 details, POs and tender results.
Prepare regular sales and activity reports.
Coordinate with customers, vendors, principals and internal teams for successful order completion.
