Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to drive growth and expansion.
Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform business decisions.
Provide strategic guidance and support to junior team members.
Build and maintain a solid network of contacts within the industry.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in business development and growth strategy.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong understanding of the industry and market trends.
Experience working with startups or early-stage companies is preferred.
