Role & responsibilities
Commercial Contracts: Draft, review, negotiate and finalize a wide range of commercial agreements.
Manage the complete contract lifecycle from drafting through execution and archival.
Maintain contract repositories and trackers.
Provide legal support on corporate restructuring, business transfers, mergers, demergers, and related corporate transactions.
Ensure legal compliance across various business operations.
Assist departments in implementing regulatory and contractual obligations.
Assist in preparation and review of board resolutions, corporate documents, declarations, affidavits, and legal correspondence.
Coordinate with external advocates on ongoing litigation, arbitration, labour matters, and legal notices.




Draft and review internal company policies, SOPs, and governance documents.
Support certification and audit requirements relating to legal documentation (such as ISO/CMMI and similar compliance frameworks)

Preferred candidate profile

LL.B. from a recognized university (LL.M. preferred). 2 - 3 years of experience in corporate/ commercial legal practice. Experience in IT, SaaS, software, technology, manufacturing, consulting, or related industries will be preferred. Prior exposure to commercial contracting, compliance, intellectual property, and corporate legal matters.
