Preparation of the Joint Venture's Five-Year Business Plan and Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
Review and monitoring of CAPEX and OPEX plans. Management of surplus funds through investments in mutual funds for optimal fund utilization, Dividend declaration and cash flow oversight.
Monthly review of JV performance and preparation of weekly and monthly MIS reports.
Timely reporting including quarterly and annual financial statements and periodic business updates.
Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, Shareholders' Agreement (SHA), and audit requirements.
Coordinating with Statutory & Internal Auditors and ensuring timely completion of Audits.
Ensuring conducting of Committee Meetings & Board Meetings as required by Statute.
Leading business process improvements and system enhancement initiatives as Head of IT.
Debt Funding Term Loan/Working Capital.
